Women’s Health Boutique grew out of two daughters’ love for their mother.
Vicki Dortch Jones and her sister, Seleta Dortch Lovell, founded Women’s Health Boutique, “because women deserve more attention to their special needs.”

Their mother, Billie Dortch, was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 1986. They were frustrated, wanting to make their mother’s daily life easier and help restore her dignity that the cancer had taken away. It was only after Billie’s death that the sisters were amazed to find so many products that could have helped her, that could have made her life more comfortable and that could restore a woman’s dignity.

This heartbreaking event inspired Vicki to build a place where women with special health needs could be treated with respect and sensitivity.

Vicki and Seleta opened the first Women’s Health Boutique in 1991. They chose to franchise their unique, business and in 1994, the first franchised Women’s Health Boutique opened in Michigan, with more to follow. Now, women across America can access a myriad of products to make their lives easier in one beautiful, special place –– Women’s Health Boutique.

Women’s Health Boutique is Billie Dortch’s legacy to women everywhere who will deal with special health care issues during their lives.

Whether a woman loses a breast or her hair, has varicose veins or is experiencing a difficult pregnancy, she has the same needs for femininity, sensitivity and dignity. Thanks to the vision of Vicki and Seleta, women find hope, dignity and respect at Women’s Health Boutique.
